Staff event ‘The sky is the limit’

For the second time in a row, we are hosting an event for an exclusive airline for their employees.

Midsummer Festival

For this year the theme was Midsummer Festival, the location had to be between West Flanders and Brussels. This was a challenge, but we found our dream location in a coach house that was part of the castle in a green setting.

We placed a stretch tent on the terrace with lanterns for the evening.

Dress code was white or summer vibes.

Upon arrival we had a welcome act with a fire breather and soap bubble maker, they were dressed in the theme.

There was a big welcome made with illuminated letters MIDSUMMER.

Everyone received a nice cocktail and delicious appetizers upon entering.

In the background, a DJ along with a percussionist played lounge music.

After the reception, everyone went to the dining room where there were buffets with platters of cold and hot food, followed by a dessert buffet.

Outside in the stretch tent, a corner was created with lounge furniture and we placed a VW bus decorated with flowers, a photobooth, where our professional photographer took pictures.

After dinner there was a DJ and the party began and lasted until…
