EventSummit 2025: new inspirations for events and incentives
February 13, 2025 was the day: EventSummit 2025! As a team at Act-Wise, we like to bet on innovation and creativity, so traveled Freya and Ellen together to the fair to gain new inspiration. The result? A head full of fresh ideas and some special concepts that we would like to share with you!
The Piano Bar: musical atmosphere with a twist
One of the first stops on our tour was The Piano Bar. This interactive concept combines live piano music with request songs and a cozy bar setting. It turns out to be a great way to actively engage even visitors and make the atmosphere personal. A great inspiration for our future events!
Moyu’s notebooks: both durable and practical
At Moyu, we were introduced to their innovative, erasable notebooks made of stone paper. In addition to being durable, these are also comfortable to the touch and reusable – perfect for creative meetings or events where notes are taken frequently. We are definitely considering adding these to our events!
Breakout Bandits: team building with social impact
At Breakout Bandits we were struck by their unique approach. They develop team-building games in collaboration with young people who have stalled. By giving these young people new opportunities and perspective, they are making a real difference. Their games are not only a great way to strengthen dynamics within teams, but also contribute to positive social impact. A win-win that we are happy to support!
Sign Language Coffee Bar: inclusive communication
At the Sign Language Coffee Bar we discovered how hospitality and inclusiveness come together. Ordering works in a special way: you first choose your coffee on a screen, then you are shown a short video of the correct gesture. You then place your order by using this gesture. This approach makes it accessible and fun to learn and apply sign language. An inspiring experience that shows how small gestures can make a big difference – something we definitely want to bring to our own events.
Dragon Breath: fun, but not that tasty
Finally, we ventured into a serving of Dragon Breath: a snack that releases clouds of smoke as soon as you bite into it. Although it was a funny experience, unfortunately we found the taste disappointing. Still, it remains a fun, visual gimmick for events or staff parties.
Ready for the Future
With all these new insights, we look forward to making our events and incentives even more creative, inclusive and memorable. Interested in collaborating or learning more about these inspiring ideas yourself? Then feel free to contact us – we love to share our inspiration!
