Case study: Pediatrics Day 2025
On Saturday, September 13, De Montil in Affligem was the venue for Pediatrics Day. And believe us: there was more going on than just listening to presentations. Because what do you get when you bring together knowledge, a good breakfast, and six impressive speakers? That’s right: a full house, an enthusiastic audience, and… a lot of empty coffee cups.
A warm welcome
Upon arrival, participants were welcomed with a fragrant cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast. A small gesture with a big impact: it allowed everyone to start the day with energy and focus. Convenient, because there was still a busy schedule ahead.
Engaging sessions with impact
The program featured six speakers, each an expert in their field. Together, they presented six inspiring topics that perfectly matched the needs of the audience. The room was completely silent during the sessions, and hardly anyone glanced at their smartphones. And in 2025, that may say even more than a standing ovation.
Space for meeting
Between sessions, there was time for a refreshing break. These moments not only provided a welcome breather, but also led to spontaneous encounters and brief conversations. After the substantive program, participants were treated to a delicious lunch. This was the perfect moment to continue networking, exchange experiences, and look back together on the inspiring morning.
Result: satisfied customer, satisfied participants
The customer’s enthusiasm and the many positive reactions from participants spoke volumes. The combination of a well-thought-out program, a pleasant location, and flawless organization ensured a successful edition. Or as we summarize it at Act-Wise: happy client, happy us!
