Belgian Paediatric Congress 2025: coming together, learning and creating

The Belgian Paediatric Congress is now a fixture for pediatricians in Belgium. This annual conference provides not only a platform for knowledge sharing and networking, but also flawless organization behind the scenes. This year the congress took place at the beautiful Palais des Congrès in Mons, ideally located next to the renovated train station.

A Perfectly Organized Event

For an event of this magnitude to run smoothly, we provide all logistical support. This includes:

• Registration and payments
• Collecting and processing abstracts
• Sending out evaluations
• Setting up and managing the congress website
• Arrangement of rooms and coordination of catering
• Audiovisual assistance
• Recruit and contact sponsors

The congress covered two days and was preceded by a build-up day. During this day, sponsors had the opportunity to build up their booths so that everything was spick and span at the start of the event.

Art-in-Progress: Creative Connection

In addition to the scientific program, this year we wanted to add something unique to the experience of the participants. So we organized “Art-in-Progress,” a creative activity where we placed two blank canvases with a pre-drawn design in the conference room.

Participants could color a piece of the painting during the breaks according to a numbering system. This not only provided a relaxing time between sessions, but also encouraged interaction and collaboration among colleagues. At the end of the conference, two beautiful works of art were displayed as tangible reminders of a successful event.

A Successful Edition

The Belgian Paediatric Congress 2024 was another inspiring gathering where pediatricians came together to share knowledge and experiences. Thanks to thoughtful organization and innovative activities such as “Art-in-Progress,” the congress became not only informative, but also connective and interactive.
