Sarah Van de Velde
Let me introduce myself to you. I have been working in the event business for over 35 years. Therefore I have gathered a lot of experience.
After graduating I started working as a booking agent for the artist agency VAK. I worked with management of different artists nationally and internationally. Together we realized some international tours (ex.: Lord of the Dance, Shirley Bassey, Gilbert Becaud, Charles Aznavour, etc…).
After doing that for several years I decided it was time to switch it up a little. I started working as a Project Event Manager. Mainly working on events, incentives, meetings and congresses.
I am a buzzy bee 🐝. Even in my private time I keep organising events. I organised parties for over 35 years in different venues, just for fun. I tried the tango for 3 years and I love to travel and discover different destinations.
Besides all of that I am a mother of 2 grown up’s. A daughter and a son (King’s Wish as they say). 👫
As you can read I have a big passion for events. Through events, people connect. This is so important for me, so let’s connect!
Freya De Prins
Hello there! I am Freya De Prins, a member of the Act-Wise crew since October 2014.
I can call myself a professional tourist since I graduated in June 2014 in Tourism and leisure management. I got the amazing opportunity to do my internship abroad. After 3 amazing and educational months in a DMC in Athens, I discovered not only the beauty of Greece but also the challenge and fun of the MICE business. 🤩
I decided that that is what I wanted to do and started working for Act-Wise. I love working with people to create the best event possible and I’m able to do that every day.
So, enthusiastically as I am, I look forward to meeting you and to assist you wherever I can!

Mark De Belie
Hello there, I am Mark and together with Christophe, I founded the company in 2008.
I started in 1995 in the travel business with the start-up of a travel agency, selling leisure, business, groups and incentives. With the sector changing dramatically due to the online business, I decided to sell my share in the agency and to start a new adventure in travel with the focus on MICE and tailor made travel, together with Christophe.
Every morning, I wake up and ask myself how we can do even better for our clients. How we can anticipate, work on new destinations, with new tools… we are never satisfied with what we have reached and we always look for new things. 🔍
I have a master’s degree in commercial engineering (1990), worked in Sales, Marketing & Human Resources in different industries. I have been happily married for almost 30 years with 3 fantastic children and I am proud that I always managed to keep the balance between my professional and my private life. Empathy is my key word in reaching private and certainly professional goals.
Christophe Van Campenhout
Hi there, thank you for visiting our website. Let me introduce myself. I am Christophe, and together with Mark I founded the company in 2008. After I graduated as a physiotherapist I worked for 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative and later on as a congress manager. In this inspiring environment I found my true passion: traveling and organizing events. ✈🥳
With also having a degree in Marketing Management and after 9 beautiful years I decided to start my own event company together with Mark. The satisfaction I get with every project is my daily drug. Be careful, it’s very contagious! After several years, two offices, extra colleagues and having seen a big part of the world, I know one thing. It’s all about interaction between people to create unforgettable moments.
My keywords are: creative, passion, flexible and no nonsense. I am always looking to improve the quality and impact of your Meeting, Event, Congress or Incentive. It’s all in the details. 👐
