What does a teambuilding or incentive programme cost? (The honest answer?)
“What does that roughly cost?” It is undoubtedly one of the most frequently asked questions we receive. And at the same time, one of the hardest to answer briefly. Why? Because there simply is no standard price for a teambuilding event or incentive trip. And honestly? We prefer to keep it that way.
Budget is often the starting point of an initial conversation. Makes sense: you want to know what kind of investment to expect. However… a teambuilding or incentive is not a product you can pick off a shelf with a fixed price tag.
Every group is different:
- The size of the team
- The expectations (relaxed vs. high-end experience)
- The objective (connection, fun, reward, strategy, …)
- The timing and location
That is why we consciously choose not to offer standard packages, but fully tailored solutions. Because an experience that truly fits your team? It cannot be captured in a template. What we can do is provide clear guidance:
