For the second time in a row, we are hosting an event for an exclusive airline for their employees.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Midsummer Festival<\/h4>\n

For this year the theme was Midsummer Festival, the location had to be between West Flanders and Brussels. This was a challenge, but we found our dream location in a coach house that was part of the castle in a green setting.<\/p>\n

We placed a stretch tent on the terrace with lanterns for the evening.<\/p>\n

Dress code was white or summer vibes.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival we had a welcome act with a fire breather and soap bubble maker, they were dressed in the theme.<\/p>\n

There was a big welcome made with illuminated letters MIDSUMMER.<\/p>\n

Everyone received a nice cocktail and delicious appetizers upon entering.<\/p>\n

In the background, a DJ along with a percussionist played lounge music.<\/p>\n

After the reception, everyone went to the dining room where there were buffets with platters of cold and hot food, followed by a dessert buffet.<\/p>\n

Outside in the stretch tent, a corner was created with lounge furniture and we placed a VW bus decorated with flowers, a photobooth, where our professional photographer took pictures.<\/p>\n

After dinner there was a DJ and the party began and lasted until…<\/p>\n
